Welcome to Gainesville Doula LLC. I'm so glad you are here!
My doula work began in college when I studied family education, child development & attachment. I started my birth work as an apprentice with a team of midwives & OB's in Missouri.
While I primarily serve Gainesville, Florida families, I do virtual classes & doula mentorship for clients anywhere.
I am a mother, doula & early childhood educator. I am passionate about helping mothers & their families adjust to changes through education & care that leads to solid attachments & family bonding.

Childbirth Classes
Childbirth education is the best way to prepare for birth, postpartum & babies. My courses will prepare you for labor, postpartum healing & newborn sleep. Designed to help partners feel more confident about supporting you. Writing a birth plan that communicates elements that matter to you is a vital part of feeling safe & supported during birth. These classes will prepare you for communicating well & for making informed decisions about your birth, body & baby. Classes taught by a doula give you access to a doula.
